Sometime the food (or dessert) that we cook in the easy way, can be very pretty and increase appetite when you design a little with more components ( like veggies, sprig of herb, mint or fruits or dressing....)

some of samples :)

marcapone cake decorated with nut biscotti & a mint , fresh raspberry

• You can start to lay the 1st layer with coffee cream at the bottom
• Put slowly the macapone cake in the center on top 
• Tag a biscotti where the larger area on top (so it will stay tight)
• Decorate a sprig of mint on the side but a little in front of cake (so it can balance of the back design)
• Adding color contract with red berry next to a mint

SEA BASS {streamed & grilled }

One fillet of sea bass, could be cook and decorate in different ways with others components.  You also could feel them in different taste already:)
